A Close One!

0.6lbs down. I truly didn’t think it was going to be in my favor.  I know I have said it before, but I had traveled (and ate like CRAP while I was gone), had a burger and fries AND a junior shake –complete with chocolate chips (small one from Steak ‘n Shake) late night/early morning Saturday.  THEN, I really didn’t track on Sunday and had crepes this morning.  Who eats high carbs on weigh in day?!  Crazy.

My only redemption was the exercise. Sunday alone I earned 24 Activity points (for non-weight watcher folks, that’s about an entire days worth of food I earned).  I used that exercise as justification in case I gained…”Muscle weighs more than fat” was my Facebook status.  I know, sad justification, eh?  With that, I deserved to gain, but alas, I didn’t.  Thank you, Weight Watcher Gods.
