There is a billboard just up the road from my house. One side has a Marine recruitment ad. The other, a local “Arts Everywhere” ad. For these adverts, they have characters that extend off the traditional billboard. This particular one is entertaining because instead of looking like a cat playing the fiddle, it looks more like a sniper aiming at either the Toll Road or Meijer. “YOU WILL BE ARTFUL AND ENTERTAINED!”
