I actually saw a woman wearing these the other day. I took a pic, but the angle just didn't capture the hideousness that were these boots. I was even more sad to see that there are many MANY version of these things.

The pair I saw were attached to a woman that was equally as unattractive. Skin tight pants, pouffy hair, heavy makeup. She belonged in 1985 at a Metallica concert, but no, there she was at the local cajun restaurant.
